ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Our Account Executive role is assigned to a specific account and plays a crucial role in serving and exceeding expectations for our client, thus cultivating an enterprise relationship. The AE is responsible for scaling and continuously providing solutions while maintaining a strong relationship.

 Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the assigned client, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and be the primary point of contact for all client projects and requests.
• Work to identify opportunities to maximize efficiency, develop a growth roadmap, and drive results.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers inside client’s organization to introduce Lime Media’s solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored strategies and proposals.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 7 years proven track record of success as an Account Executive, preferably in a related industry.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and effectively navigating large organizations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/related experience.
